Hot stamping steel
The steel 1.2714 / 56NiCrMoV7, enriched with nickel, chromium and molybdenum, is characterised by its high hardenability and toughness, resistance to repeated impacts, thermal shock tolerance and wear resistance; It is advisable to preheat tools to temperatures between 250 and 300 °C before machining. To optimise use, it is suggested to select mould blocks with hardnesses suitable for the desired engraving depth.
